山西工商学院武术项目网络课程资源建设与实践研究

A Research on the Construction and Practice of Wushu Project Network Course Resources in Shanxi Institute of Commerce and Industry

受新冠疫情影响,使得网络课程的建设作用更加凸显,网络课程铺天盖地开展,对体育项目网络教学是一次极大的挑战,也是一次极佳的大发展时期。如何才能在线上把体育课上好,把教学内容传递给学生,把动作技能传授给学生,让学生养成运动习惯,提升学生的身体素质,增强学生的免疫力等,需要我们体育工作者实践和研究。本研究在"健康工商"理念下,以山西工商学院武术类项目为对象,借助钉钉和超星网络平台进行网络课程资源建设与实践进行研究。

Influenced by the COVID-19,the function of online courses is now getting increasingly prominent,and online courses are widely carried out.Sports online teaching is not only a great challenge,but also an excellent period of great development.Teaching online at home poses a great challenge to physical education educators.How to do well in physical education online,pass on the teaching contents and the movement skills to the students,make the students develop their sports habits,improve their physical quality and enhance their immunity,etc.require educators’practice and research.Under the concept of health business,based on Shanxi Business School with the help of Nail and Super-Star Network Platform,the construction and practice of network course resources are studied.
