底抽巷全倾角多方位定向钻机设计 被引量:3

Design of Directional Drilling Rig with Full Dip Angle and Multi Direction in Bottom Drainage Roadway

摘要 针对常规定向钻机尺寸较大、不适用底抽巷穿层钻孔施工、普通回转坑道钻机施工底抽巷小倾角中深穿层孔时无法精确定位见煤点的难题,研制了全倾角多方位定向钻机。通过实验室检验表明,钻机实测数据均达到或优于设计参数,为底抽巷小倾角中深穿层钻孔施工提供了装备支撑。 In view of the problem that the conventional directional drilling rig is large in size and not suitable for bottom suction roadway crossing layer drilling construction,and the common rotary tunnel drilling rig can not accurately locate the coal point when it is used to construct the bottom drainage roadway with small dip angle and medium depth through layer hole,developed a directional drilling rig with full dip angle and multi direction.The laboratory tests show that the measured data of the drilling rig are all up to or better than the design parameters,which provides equipment support for the drilling construction of the bottom drainage roadway with small dip angle and medium deep penetration layer.
