液压凿岩机冲击特性研究

摘要 以某型液压凿岩机为研究对象,建立液压凿岩机冲击动力学理论模型,运用数值仿真分析软件MATLAB对液压凿岩机冲击位移、冲击速度、冲击能、冲击频率、冲击效率等冲击特性进行研究。研究结果表明:液压凿岩机冲击位移、冲击速度呈现周期性变化趋势;随着冲击活塞质量增加,液压凿岩机冲击位移、冲击速度峰值都呈现逐渐减小的趋势;随着冲击活塞质量增加,液压凿岩机冲击能、冲击频率、冲击效率分别呈现先增加后减小、逐渐增加、逐渐减小的变化趋势。该研究为液压凿岩机冲击特性改善、冲击效率的提高等方面提供理论依据。 A certain type of hydraulic rock drill has been taken as the research object,the impact dynamics theoretical model of the hydraulic rock drill has been established,and the impact characteristics of hydraulic rock drills such as impact displacement,impact speed,impact energy,impact frequency,and impact efficiency have been studied by the numerical simulation analysis software MATLAB.The research results show that the impact displacement and impact velocity of the hydraulic rock drill show a cyclical trend;as the mass of the impact piston increases,the peak value of the impact displacement and the impact velocity for the hydraulic rock drill gradually decrease;as the mass of the impact piston increases,the hydraulic rock drill impacts energy,impact frequency,and impact efficiency respectively show a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,gradually increasing,and gradually decreasing.The research provides theoretical basis for the impact characteristics and impact efficiency improvement of the hydraulic rock drills.
