采煤机截割部摇臂结构热固耦合及传动影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究截割载荷特别是热载荷对采煤机截割部摇臂壳体应力、变形的影响,通过SolidWorks软件建立了某型采煤机截割部摇臂三维模型,并导入ANSYS Workbench进行热固耦合分析。结果表明:摇臂摆角从0增大至30°时,摇臂应力、变形与摇臂摆角呈非线性增大关系,摇臂各传动轴处应力较大,壳体联接耳处产生应力集中,对其进行结构优化后等效应力减小了33.5%,安全系数达到1.9;垂直齿轮传动轴平面随摇臂摆角变化方向传动轴孔变形量增大0.12~0.85 mm,与仅考虑结构载荷作用相比,齿轮搅油、摩擦等温度载荷对齿轮传动综合影响平均增大约8.11%。 In order to study the influence of cutting load,especially the thermal load,on the stress and deformation of the rocker arm shell of the shearer cutting part,a three-dimensional model of the rocker arm of the shearer cutting part was established by SolidWorks software,and the thermal-mechanical coupling analysis was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The results show that the stress of each transmission shaft of the rocker arm is large,and the stress concentration occurs at the connecting ear of the shell.After the structural optimization,the equivalent stress is reduced by 33.5%,and the safety factor is up to 1.9.The deformation of the movable shaft hole in the direction of the change of the swing angle of the rocker arm increases by 0.12~0.85 mm,which is related to the structural load only in comparison,the influence of temperature load such as gear oil stirring and friction on gear transmission is increased by 8.11%on average.
