摘要
基于SAC型电液控系统的构成及主要技术特点,研究分析SAC型电液控系统在综采工作面自动跟机技术工艺流程中起到的主要作用及达到的效果,并建立了测试平台,针对系统控制程序及各种功能参数修改的便捷性及周密性进行提升和优化,从而促进该系统对设备控制、作业环境及截煤工艺流程实现完美融合。
Based on the composition and main technical characteristics of SAC type electro-hydraulic control system,the main role and effect of SAC type electro-hydraulic control system in automatic follow-up technical process of fully mechanized coal mining face were studied and analyzed,and a test platform was established to improve and optimize the convenience and thoroughness of the system control program and the modification of various functional parameters,so as to promote the system configuration to the equipment control,operation environment and coal cutting process flow realize perfect integration.
