摘要
针对钻杆钻进时存在疲劳断裂、导致钻进工作效率低的现象,运用有限元软件对含不同几何参数裂纹的钻杆模型进行了数值仿真及疲劳寿命预测分析。结果表明:在轴向载荷和扭矩共同作用工况下,钻杆裂纹扩展的推动力源于I型裂纹;裂纹深度比裂纹长度对钻杆疲劳寿命影响更为显著。为钻杆建立失效判据与检修提供了理论依据。
In view of the low drilling efficiency caused by fatigue fracture of drill pipe during drilling,numerical simulation and fatigue life prediction analysis of drill pipe joint models with different crack geometry parameters were carried out by using finite element software.The results show that under the joint action of axial load and torque,the driving force of drill pipe crack propagation originates from type I crack.The effect of crack depth on the fatigue life of drill pipe is more significant than that of crack length.It provides theoretical basis for the establishment of failure criterion and maintenance of drill pipe.
