摘要 对于大倾角的工作面,液压支架一般需要配备底调机构,作用是调整液压支架间的间距,防止支架上窜下滑,并且在液压支架移架过程中起导向作用。针对中心距为1.5 m的薄煤层液压支架的底调机构,改进设计使其底调千斤顶在井下工作面维修时便于取出,进而提高底调机构的实用性。 For the working face with large inclination angle,the hydraulic support generally needs to be equipped with base adjustment mechanism,which is used to adjust the spacing between hydraulic supports,prevent the support from sliding up and down,and play a guiding role in the process of hydraulic support moving.Aiming at the base adjustment mechanism of hydraulic support in thin coal seam with center distance of 1.5 m,the design was improved to make the bottom adjustment jack easy to take out during the maintenance of underground working face,thus improved the practicability of the base adjustment mechanism.
