液压支架千斤顶接头QPQ技术的应用研究

摘要 为提高液压支架千斤顶接头的耐磨防腐性能,以20CrMo为基体制备接头试样,检测了经QPQ技术处理的接头的尺寸、硬度、耐蚀性及焊接性,结果表明,经QPQ处理后,接头密封孔不会发生变形,硬度及耐蚀性能明显提高,同时焊接试验表明,铣削去除焊缝处1 mm渗层后,可消除QPQ渗层对焊接质量的不良影响。 In order to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the hydraulic support jack connector,prepared the connector samples which were made of 20CrMo steel,and test the dimensions,hardness,corrosion resistance and the welding ability of the samples which were treated by QPQ technology.The results show that there is no deformation for the sealing hole,the hardness and corrosion resistance are improved obviously.Meanwhile the welding test results show that the bad efections of QPQ diffusion layer on welding quality can be eliminated after milling 1 mm diffusion layer in depth around the weld.
