摘要 针对常村煤矿带式输送机在传统管理、运行模式下存在安全隐患大、人员投入多、成本高且人员劳动强度大等问题,提出利用SCADE嵌入式代码自动生成软件技术和PLC技术对主斜井和主输送带运输大巷的带式输送机进行智能化升级改造。应用结果表明,智能化控制系统运行稳定可靠,减少了带式输送机故障检测时间,提高了带式输送机运行效率,杜绝了带式输送机空载运行,降低了电力消耗,给矿井主煤流运输带来了较大的安全、社会和经济效益。 Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional management and operation mode of the belt conveyor in Changcun coal mine,such as large safety risks,high personnel input,high cost,and high labor intensity of personnel,the intelligent upgrading of the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft and main conveyor belt transportation roadway by using SCADE embedded code automatic generation software technology and PLC technology was proposed.The application results show that the intelligent control system runs stably and reliably,reduces the fault detection time of the belt conveyor,improves the operation efficiency of the belt conveyor,eliminates the no-load operation of the belt conveyor,reduces the power consumption,and brings greater safety,social and economic benefits to the main coal flow transportation of the mine.
