摘要
在前期研究的基础上采用气流辅助的熔体微分静电纺丝法制备了平均直径2.87μm的聚苯硫醚(PPS)/聚丙烯(PP)超细纤维。为了细化纤维直径,使用超支化树脂将纺丝原料黏度降至4.2 Pa·s,成功制备了平均直径为1.38μm的超细纤维。相较于市售PPS滤袋,过滤效率由87.03%提升到98.97%。不但提供了制备PPS滤袋的新途径,而且也拓宽了PPS熔体静电纺丝的应用领域。
The air-assisted melt differential electrospinning method was used to prepare polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/polypropylene(PP)superfine fibers with an average diameter of 2.87μm based on the previous research.In order to reduce the fiber diameter,a hyperbranched material was used to decrease the viscosity of the spinning material to 4.2 Pa·s,and superfine fibers with an average diameter of 1.38μm were prepared.Compared with the commercial PPS filter bags,the filtration efficiency has increased from 87.03%to 98.97%.This not only provides a new way to prepare PPS filter bags,but also broads a new application area for melt electrospinning.
