摘要 通过模压成型工艺制备了玻璃纤维增强的环氧树脂基片状模塑料(SMC)和预压料模压法(PCM)盒子状制品,研究了两种复合材料模压成型制品不同部位试样的力学性能并分析了微观断面形貌。PCM制品试样的拉伸和弯曲力学性能均优于SMC,不同部位的试样的力学性能有差异,两种制件所表现出的力学性能各向异性与两种材料的微观断面形貌表征相符合。 The box-shaped parts were made of SMC and PCM materials through compression molding.The mechanical behaviors,tensile and bending strength,bending modulus of elasticity were determined and compared.The fractures of the SMC and PCM specimen were analyzed.The tensile and bending strength of the PCM parts are better than those of the SMC parts.The mechanical behaviors of specimens obtained from different location parts were varied.The anisotropy of mechanical properties of the parts is consistent with the microscopic fracture morphology of the two materials.
