PP/PBT Blends Compatibilized by Ionic Liquids

摘要 为了改善聚丙烯(PP)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)的相容性,以离子液体(ILs)为增容剂采用双螺杆挤出机和注塑机制备PP/PBT/ILs共混物。研究不同离子液体含量对PP和PBT共混物晶体结构、热行为、断面形貌和力学性能的影响。研究表明,ILs的添加并未使PP/PBT体系产生新的晶型,PP和PBT的熔融温度未出现明显变化,二者的结晶度随着ILs含量的增加先增大后减小,ILs的添加使得PP的结晶温度降低,而PBT的结晶温度升高;当ILs质量分数为10%,两者的相界面变得模糊,相容性得到明显改善,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均达到最大,两者分别为52.33 MPa和164.28%,与PP/PBT共混物相比,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了73.7%和247.68%。 In order to improve the compatibility of polypropylene(PP)and polybutylene terephthalate(PBT),PP/PBT/ionic liquids(ILs)dumbbell splines were perpared by twin-screw extruder and injection molding machine using ILs as compatibilizers.The effects of different ILs contents on the crystal structure,thermal behavior,cross-sectional morphology and mechanical properties of PP/PBT blends were studied.The results show that the addition of ILs did not produce new crystal forms in PP/PBT blends,and the melting temperatures of PP and PBT do not change significantly.The crystallinity of PP and PBT increases and then decreases with the increase of ILs content.The addition of ILs reduced the crystal temperature of PP,while the crystal temperature of PBT increases.When the ILs content is 10%,the phase interface became blurred,the compatibility is significantly improved.The tensile strength and elongation at break reached maximum,which are 52.33 MPa and 164.28%,respectively.Compared with PP/PBT bends,they increase by 73.7%and 247.68%,respectively.
