高压氧联合牙周基础治疗对牙周炎疗效的Meta分析

Efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with non-surgical therapy for periodontitis:A meta analysis

目的:系统评价高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen therapy)联合牙周基础治疗对于牙周炎的治疗效果。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Embase数据库收录的期刊文献、会议论文和学位论文,收集自建库至2020年3月19日以来的全部公开发表的,关于利用高压氧辅助治疗牙周炎的临床随机对照实验。利用改良Jadad量表进行文献质量评价并提取数据,利用STATA SE 15软件进行meta分析。结果:最终有8篇文献符合纳入条件,采用固定效应模型合并效应量,发现合并后OR(95%CI)2.344(1.750~3.138),提示高压氧联合牙周基础治疗,能够有效提高对牙周炎的治疗效果(Z=5.72,P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗能够显著提高牙周基础治疗的有效率,且具有安全性好,无耐药风险,毒副作用小的特点。

Objective:This meta-analysis was undertaken to evaluate the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with non-surgical periodontal therapy compared to non-surgical periodontal therapy alone for adult patients with periodontitis.Methods:Bibliographic databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,Pubmed,Embase and Cochrane Library were searched from setting time to March 19 th 2020,in order to collect all randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with non-surgical periodontal therapy compared to non-surgical periodontal therapy alone for adult patients with periodontitis.Two reviewers independently screened the literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data,and assessed the study quality by improved Jadad scale.Then after our research group reached consensus about the included citations,meta analyses was performed by using STATA SE 15 software.Results:Finally 8 studies were included based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria.We combined the 8 studies results assessing comparable outcomes by fixed effects model,with odds ratio(OR)for treatment outcomes and 95%confidence intervals(Cls),and the combined OR(95%CI)was 2.344(1.750~3.138).Compared to non-surgical periodontal therapy alone,the hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with non-surgical periodontal therapy showed significant differences in efficacy(Z=5.72,P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can not only significantly improved the effect of non-surgical periodontal therapy by integration,but also with lots of advantages such as little durg resistance risk,small side or toxic effects and better safety.
