French embroidery, with its unique artistic beauty, has become an indispensable decorative technique in haute couture. By comparing the application forms of traditional French embroidery and contemporary French embroidery, this paper expounds the transformation of aesthetic consciousness of French embroidery under the newvision. Through the analysis of French embroidery in fiber material development and design requirements,the paper further discusses theapplication of French embroidery in modern fashion design under the new vision,and puts forward some innovative design ideas for combining traditional culture with French embroidery in the modern fashion design. It also provides a good reference for the inheritance and development of traditional embroidery in the field of contemporary design.
