突发性公共卫生事件网络谣言传播与应对策略研究

Research on the Spread of Internet Rumors of Sudden Public Health Incidents and Countermeasures

随着新工业的发展、能源的变化和新应用技术的出现,导致出现区域或全球性的公共卫生事件的疾病。突发性公共卫生事件日益成为网络谣言滋生的土壤,而高校学生群体作为使用互联网的主力军,在不知情的情况下发挥了网络谣言传播的助推器。笔者对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情(COVID-19)期间发生的网络谣言例证进行过程分析,在此基础上,剖析围绕新冠疫情事件衍生的网络谣言在高校学生群体中的传播过程,以及高校如何制定相应的举措应对舆情危机。

The development of new industries,changes in energy sources and the emergence of new applied technologies lead to the diseases as regional or global public health events.Sudden public health incidents have increasingly become the breeding ground for online rumors,and college student groups,as the main force in using the Internet,have played a booster for the spread of online rumors without knowing it.This paper analyzes the process with examples of online rumors that occurred during the CO VID-19 epidemic.On this basis,it analyzes the dissemination process of online rumors surrounding theCOVID-19 epidemic incident among college students,and how colleges and universities should formulate corresponding measures to respond to the crisis of public opinion.
