离退休军事飞行员眼科疾病临床分析

Ophthalmic disease in retired military pilots

目的分析离退休军事飞行员眼科疾病种类和特点,为有针对性的开展眼科医疗保健工作提供指导。方法收集90例离退休军事飞行员和116例军队普通离退休人员(对照组)的眼科疾病资料,比较2组人群眼科疾病的检出率、疾病种类和白内障手术情况。结果2组人群最常见的眼科疾病均为白内障、黄斑病变。离退休军事飞行员视神经病变的检出率高于对照组(P=0.011),视网膜脉络膜疾病和青光眼的检出率低于对照组(P=0.014,P=0.018),白内障手术完成率低于对照组(P=0.012)。结论离退休军事飞行员视神经病变检出率较高,白内障手术完成率较低,应重视离退休军事飞行员视神经病变的诊疗,加强白内障手术宣教、提高手术完成率,更好维护眼部健康。

Objective To analyze the categories and characteristics of ophthalmic diseases among retired military pilots in order to provide reference for health care.Methods The medical records of 90 retired military pilots(pilot group)and 116 retired military officers(control group)were collected.The detection rates and categories of ophthalmic diseases as well as the data about cataract surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Cataract and maculopathy were the main diseases in both groups.The detection rate of optic neuropathy in the pilot group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.011),but the detection rate of chorioretinopathy and glaucoma was lower(P=0.014,P=0.018).The completion rate of cataract surgery in the pilot group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.012).Conclusion The detection rate of optic neuropathy is higher and the completion rate of cataract surgery is lower among retired military pilots.The diagnosis and treatment of optic neuropathy among retired military pilots deserve attention and they should be better informed of the need for cataract surgery.
