Constructing the First-class Discipline of Education with Distinctive Features by Intersection Innovation——On the 40 Years’Development of School of Education in HUST

华中科技大学教育科学研究院成立40年来,整体办学实力与发展态势良好。但与国内一流教育学院以及我校建设世界一流大学的目标定位相比,仍有较大差距。面向未来,我们需要突出交叉创新,走着眼长远、尊重历史与立足校情的办学道路,致力于建设成为特色鲜明的一流教育学科。我们将从完善人才培养过程、规范与体系;加快学科化、国际化与研究成果系列化进程;建设高质量社会服务体系;推进院校研究向更高阶段发展;注重资源挖潜、学科交叉与结构优化五个方面推进工作。

With 40 years’development,School of Education in HUST proceeds well.Compared with other first-class schools of education and the objective of constructing the world-class university in HUST,there’s a big gap.Facing the future,there’s a need of intersection innovation to realize the objective of first-class discipline of education,with focusing on the future,respecting the history and following the reality.We should improve the talent cultivation;promote the discipline construction,internationalization and serialization of research results;construct the high-quality system for social service;propel the institutional research into the higher stage;tap the potential of resources,push on discipline-crossing and optimize the structure.
