摘要
按极板实际面积,将玻璃纤维隔板设计成阶梯式,节约极群组两侧的隔板用量。采用交错式双层搅拌桨打浆,使浆液分布更均匀。采用套环式压辊成型工艺实现阶梯式结构。节约玻璃纤维棉的使用量,降低天然气能源消耗。
According to the actual area of the plate,the glass fiber separator is designed as a stepped type to save the amount of the separator on both sides of the plate group.The staggered double-layer agitator paddle is used to pulping,so that the slurry distribution is more uniform.The stepped structure is realized by the roller forming process of sleeve ring type.The use of glass fiber cotton is saved,and the consumption of natural gas energy is reduced.
