针刺颈部穴位联合通络汤治疗瘀阻脑络型偏头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture at Neck Points Combined with Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Migraine of Blood Stasis Blocking Brain Type

目的探讨针刺颈部穴位联合自拟通络汤治疗瘀阻脑络型偏头痛的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月沈阳市第二中医医院针灸科就诊的80例经中医辨证分型为瘀阻脑络型偏头痛的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例采取针刺颈穴,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟通络汤治疗。比较2组患者的临床有效率,结果试验组治疗总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90.0%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对瘀阻脑络型偏头痛患者采取针刺颈部穴位联合自拟通络汤进行治疗,可以有效地提高临床有效率,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of acupuncture at neck point combined with Tongluo decoction in the treatment of migraine of blood stasis blocking brain type.Methods 80 cases of migraine were divided into two groups according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.40 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture at the neck point.40 cases in the experimental group were treated with Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 100%in the experimental group and 90.0%in the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion acupuncture at neck point combined with Tongluo decoction in the treatment of migraine of blood stasis blocking brain type can effectively improve the clinical efficiency,improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
