小儿推拿治疗儿童腹泻研究进展

Research Progress on Pediatric Massage in the Treatment of Diarrhea in Children

腹泻是儿童时期的一种常见病与多发病,临床上以大便性状的改变或次数增多为主要表现。西医针对本病主要是抗感染对症治疗为主,中医药在治疗本病方法多样且疗效显著,外治法中的小儿推拿疗法因其减少了患儿口服中药的困难,且安全及疗效确切而受到了广大患儿家长的认可。本文将近5年来小儿推拿疗法治疗儿童腹泻的研究进展进行综述。

Diarrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease in childhood.It is clinically manifested by changes in the characteristics of stool or increased frequency.Western medicine is mainly for anti-infective symptomatic treatment of this disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has various methods for treating this disease and its curative effect is remarkable.Pediatric massage therapy in external treatment method reduces the difficulty of oral Chinese medicine for children,and it is safe and effective,and is appreciated by the parents of the majority of children.This article reviews the research progress of pediatric massage therapy for children with diarrhea in the past five years.
