践行“五大强校”改革战略推进高职院校特色发展

Implementing the“Five Strong Schools”Reform Strategy and Promoting the Characteristic Development of Higher Vocational Colleges

目的为贯彻落实国家对职业教育的新要求,适应职业教育改革与发展的新常态,全面进行教育教学改革以推进高职院校特色发展。方法从高职院校办学理念、人才培养目标、校园文化建设、特色专业建设、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、科研能力培养等方面入手,全面实施“五大强校”即“改革创新,强校之路”“人文精神,强校之魂”“教育质量,强校之本”“教师队伍,强校之基”“科学研究,强校之标”改革战略。结果我院通过推进“五大强校”战略,抓实改革新举措,取得了明显成效,有利于提升教学质量,对积极推进高职院校护理特色发展,提高护理人才培养质量,起到了较好的借鉴作用与示范效应。结论深化高职院校教育综合改革,利于适应职业教育改革与发展的新常态,对推进高职院校特色发展和提高人才培养质量,具有重大的现实意义。

Objective In order to implement the new requirements of the state for vocational education,adapt to the new normal situation of vocational education reform and development,carry out comprehensive education and teaching reform in order to promote the characteristic development of Higher Vocational colleges.Methods Starting with the concept of running a higher vocational college,the goal of training talents,the construction of campus culture,the construction of characteristic specialties,the training mode of talents,the construction of teachers and the training of scientific research ability,we should fully implement the“Five Strong Schools”,namely,the road of reform and innovation,the road of strengthening schools,the humanistic spirit,the soul of strengthening schools,the quality of education and the strengthening of scientific research ability.The reform strategy of“school-based”,“teacher team,foundation of strengthening school”,“scientific research,target of strengthening school”.Results Through promoting the strategy of“Five Strong Schools”and grasping the new measures of reform,our hospital has achieved remarkable results,which is conducive to improving the quality of teaching,actively promoting the development of nursing characteristics in higher vocational colleges and improving the quality of nursing personnel training,and has played a good reference and demonstration effect.Conclusion Deepening the comprehensive reform of higher vocational education is conducive to adapting to the new normal situation of vocational education reform and development,and has great practical significance in promoting the development of higher vocational characteristics and improving the quality of personnel training.
