高等中医院校临床教学管理存在问题及对策分析

临床教学的管理是衡量中医院校综合实力及教育教学水平的重要指标,是决定高等院校及其所培养的学生综合实力的重要环节。总结高等医学院校临床教学中存在的问题,并针对性地提出解决对策。将规范化临床教学管理模式应用于临床教学中,目的侧重于中西医基本理论、临床操作技能的培训,并制定量化综合考核体系。探讨其在临床教学中的应用价值,探索提高临床教学水平的方法及新思路。

Clinical teaching management is an important index to measure the comprehensive strength and teaching level of Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and an important link to determine the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities and the students they train.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the clinical teaching of medical colleges and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The standardized clinical teaching management model was applied in clinical teaching,with the purpose of focusing on the basic theory of Chinese and Western medicine and the training of clinical operation skills,and developing a quantitative comprehensive assessment system.This paper discusses its application value in clinical teaching and explores the methods and new ideas to improve clinical teaching level.
