摘要
基于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革背景和2020行动方略,围绕创新创业人才培养的动力、活力和能力目标,文章以宁波大学"融合递进式"模式为例探讨人才培养的体系化建设和制度性改革创新,从教育管理体系、课程体系、实践体系和师资体系等方面的实践创新开展了理论研究和成效分析,为创新创业人才培养模式改革进行了有益的探索。
In the background of deepening the entrepreneurship and innovation education reform of institutions of higher learning and"Action Plan 2020",with the goal of motivation,vitality and capability of entrepreneurial talent training,the integrate progressive mode in Ningbo University was taken as an example to explore the systematic construction and institutional reform and innovation of talent training in education management system,curriculum system,practice teaching system and teaching staff.It focused on the theory research and results analysis to explore an efficient talent training mode.
