摘要
案例教学是贯穿法学理论教学与实践教学的重要教学方法,其效果取决于载体、内容与师资。既有法学案例教学模式存在知识体系碎片化、案例科学性不足、师资力量不匹配等缺陷。通过产教融合,深化协同,破除培养机制壁垒,构建合作共赢机制,采用N+N综合的案例教学模式,有利于提高案例教学实际效果。
Case teaching is an important teaching method that runs through legal theory teaching and practical teaching.Its effect depends on the carrier,content and teachers.The existing legal case teaching model has defects such as fragmented knowledge system,insufficient case science,and mismatch of teachers.Through the integration of production and education,deepening collaboration,breaking down the barriers of training mechanisms,building a win-win cooperation mechanism,and adopting the N+N comprehensive case teaching model will help improve the actual effect of case teaching.
