摘要
润滑状态对普通工业滚子链的耐磨性有很大影响。从滚子链的运动特性、磨损原理和润滑状态入手,结合链条耐磨性台架试验、客户反馈和亲身经历,对普通预润滑滚子链的耐磨性的主要影响因素进行了归纳总结,认为链条的啮合冲击、振动、受力状况、转速等因素会影响润滑脂在链条中的贮存,从而影响链条的耐磨性;而链条零件的加工精度、表面状态和热处理工艺同样会影响链条的耐磨性。
The lubrication state has a great influence on the wear resistance of the ordinary industrial roller chain.The main factors affecting the wear resistance of the ordinary pre-lubricating roller chain are summarized starting with the movement characteristics,wear principle and lubrication condition of the roller chain,combining with the wear resistance bench test,customer feedback and personal experience of the chain,and concludes that the meshing impact,vibration,force condition and rotation speed of the chain will affect the storage of grease in the chain,thus affecting the wear resistance of the chain,while the machining precision,surface state and heat treatment process of the chain parts will also affect the wear resistance of the chain.
