摘要
针对某F级燃气轮机电厂2台机组相似工况下满负荷出力有较大偏差的问题进行了分析及处理。通过热力性能和燃烧分析,发现2台机组的出力偏差由燃烧不均匀引起,解决方案为燃烧器反吹,通过应用该措施降低了机组排气温度差值,机组满负荷出力恢复正常。由上述分析过程可见,燃气轮机性能的下降或异常,并不总是由燃气轮机通流损失或主要部件效率下降引起,需要从性能、燃烧、振动等多方面进行分析研究。工作成果对各电厂处理相似问题具有参考意义。
The problem of large deviation of power output was analyzed and treated regarding two units under similar condition and full load in an F-class gas turbine power plant.Based on thermal performance and combustion analysis,it was found that the problem was caused by uneven combustion.Then,the backflush of the burner as solution scheme was provided.By using the solution measure,the exhaust temperature difference of the units was reduced,and the power output of the unit returned to normal.It can be seen in above analysis that the decline or abnormality of gas turbine performance is not always caused by the loss in gas turbine flow passage or the decline of efficiency of main components,and it should be analyzed and studied from performance,combustion,vibration and other aspects.The results of the work can provide reference for dealing with similar problems in power plants.
