糖尿病肾病患者血清Adropin蛋白水平变化及与肾功能和糖代谢指标的相关性分析 被引量:9

Correlation Analysis between Changes of Serum Adropin Protein Levels and Renal Function and Glucose Metabolism Indexes in Patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease

摘要 目的:分析糖尿病肾病(DKD)患者血清能量调节蛋白Adropin(AD)水平变化与肾功能和糖代谢指标的关系。方法:选取2018-01—2019-04在保定市第一中心医院住院的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者135例作为研究对象,根据是否合并DKD,分为T2DM组(n=67)和DKD组(n=68),另选同期体检健康人员作为对照组(NC组,n=50)。收集和测量各组性别、年龄、T2DM病程、血压和体重指数(BMI)等临床指标,采用ELISA检测各组血清AD水平,采用全自动生化仪检测糖代谢指标空腹血清血糖(SFPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和肾功能指标血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)等。统计学分析各组AD和其它指标水平变化及其相关性。结果:与NC组比较,T2DM组和DKD组血清AD水平明显降低(均P<0.01),且DKD组比T2DM组更低(P<0.01);与NC组比较,T2DM组和DKD组BMI、SBP、SFPG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR均显著升高(均P<0.01);与T2DM组比较,DKD组T2DM病程、Scr、SFPG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR显著升高(均P<0.05或P<0.01);AD水平与BMI、T2DM病程、SBP、SFPG、HbA1c、FINS和HOMA-IR呈负相关(分别r=-0.202、-0.563、-0.313、-0.531、-0.642、-0.671、-0.602,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:检测Adropin蛋白水平对实时分析DKD患者病情和诊治效果可能有一定积极意义。 Objective:To analyze the relationship between the levels of adropin(AD)and renal function and glycometabolism in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Method:Total of 135 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)from Baoding First Central Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.According to whether they had DKD the diabetes patients were divided into simple type 2 diabetes group(T2DM group,n=67)and diabetic kidney disease group(DKD group,n=68).Meanwhile,another healthy subjects were selected as the normal control group(NC group,n=50).Gender,age,the duration of T2DM,blood pressure and body mass index(BMI)were collected and measured.Level of serum AD was measured by ELISA.The indexes of glucose metabolism were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer include:SFPG,HbA1c,FINS,meanwhile renal function indexes include:BUN,Scr were measured.The correlation between AD and other indicators was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:Compered with NC group,T2DM group′s and DKD group′s AD was significantly decrease(P<0.01),DKD group′s AD was lower than T2DM group(P<0.01).Compered with NC group,T2DM group′s and DKD group′s BMI,SBP,SFPG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR were significantly elevated(P<0.01).Compered with T2DM group,DKD group′s the duration of T2DM,Scr,SFPG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR were higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).AD was negatively correlated with BMI,the duration of T2DM,SBP,SFPG,HbA1c,FINS,and HOMA-IR(r=-0.202,-0.563,-0.313,-0.531,-0.642,-0.671,-0.602,P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Detection of AD may have positive effects for analysis of DKD patients′condition and treatment effects.
