中药联合胰岛素早期强化降糖治疗的研究进展

Advances in the Study of Intensive Hypoglycemic Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Insulin

糖尿病是由多种原因引起的代谢性疾病,主要表现为不同程度的胰岛素抵抗和胰岛功能缺陷,胰岛素作为人体内唯一的降糖激素,常作为补充治疗或替代治疗强化降糖的首选,以此实现病情的临床缓解。中医对糖尿病的诊治可谓由来已久,中药口服降糖效果同样显著。部分学者利用中西医结合的方法,通过中药联合胰岛素强化治疗糖尿病患者,在传统意义上的胰岛素强化治疗的基础上,同时应用中药治疗,取得了不错的疗效。

Diabetes is a metabolic disease caused by many reasons.It is characterized by insulin resistance and islet dysfunction.Insulin is the only hypoglycemic hormone in the body.Complementary or alternative therapies are often preferred for enhanced glycemic control,which can achieve the clinical remission of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in treating diabetes,which is also effective in lowering blood glucose as western medicine.Some scholars used the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat diabetic patients by combining traditional Chinese medicine with insulin and achieved good curative effect.
