摘要
本文提供了一种高分子溶液及水性乳液的制备方法,先将SBS和有机溶剂进行混合充分溶解制备溶液,然后将乳化剂加入水中并且滴入盐酸调节pH,将充分溶解好的有机溶液加入锥体磨中以3000 r/min的转速循环过磨,再缓慢的倒入配置好的水溶液,循环过磨1~3 min得到高分子水性乳液,制得的高分子水性乳液稳定均一。因高分子材料具有优异的粘弹可塑性能,能否获得新的应用值得探索。
This paper provides a method for the preparation of polymer solution and waterborne emulsion.First,SBS and organic solvent are mixed and dissolved fully,then the emulsifier is added to water and dripped into hydrochloric acid to adjust pH,then the fully dissolved organic solution is added into the cone grinding mill,and then the 3000 r/min rotating speed is passed through the ring and worn over,then slowly poured into the configured water solution.After cyclic grinding 1~3 min,the polymer water emulsion is obtained.The polymer emulsion is stable and uniform.Due to the excellent viscoelastic plasticity of polymer materials,it is worth exploring whether new applications can be obtained.
