摘要
HFC类制冷剂逐渐占据市场,与其适配的冷冻机油影响着整个制冷系统。对不同制冷剂和冷冻机油的互溶性和稳定性进行了试验研究,结果表明,自制两种牌号POE冷冻机油与R134a和R507互溶性良好,可以保证其在制冷系统中正常工作,满足R134a和R507应对不同工况的需求。该研究为POE作为冷冻机油的选择提供一种参考。
HFC refrigerants are used more in the future.The appropriate refrigeration oil affects the entire refrigeration system.The miscibility and stability of the refrigerant with the refrigeration oil were studied.The results show that the miscibility of the refrigerant R134a or R507 with anyone of two trial-produced POE refrigeration oils were good.They could ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration system.Meet the requirements of R134a or R507 in different working conditions.The research provides references for the selection of POE as refrigeration oil.
