无味煤油加氢精制催化剂的预处理

摘要 本文考察了无味煤油加氢精制催化剂的预处理,利用TPR技术表征金属组分与载体之间以及双金属组分之间的相互作用,研究催化剂表面的不同活性位及还原动力学,为催化剂的评价提供了有效的参考数据。通过对催化剂预处理和还原条件的选择,考察其变化对超细镍催化剂性能的影响,提出最优的预处理工艺条件和加氢反应工艺条件。 In this paper,the pretreatment of odorless kerosene hydrotreating catalyst was investigated.The interaction between metal component and support and bimetallic component was characterized by TPR technology.The different active sites on the catalyst surface and the reduction kinetics were studied,which provided effective reference data for the evaluation of the catalyst.Through the selection of pretreatment and reduction conditions of the catalyst,the influence of the change on the performance of ultrafine nickel catalyst was investigated,and the optimal pretreatment process conditions and hydrogenation reaction conditions were proposed.
