Development and Application Research of Special Material NS06 for TPO Waterproofing Membrane

通过工艺条件的优化和助剂体系的筛选,采用聚合工艺制得了TPO防水卷材专用料NS06,具有熔体流动速率低、弯曲模量低、橡胶相含量高、冲击强度优异、耐穿刺、易卷曲、易加工等特点。由TPO防水卷材专用料NS06制得的TPO防水卷材性能满足GB 27789—2011标准的要求,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等主要性能与进口产品相当,耐热性还优于进口产品。

Through optimization of technological condition and screening of assistant system,special material NS06 for TPO waterproofing membrane is produced by polymerization technique,which possesses the characteristics of low melt flow rate,low bending modulus,high rubber phase content,excellent impact strength and penetration resistance,easy for crimping and processing etc.The TPO waterproofing membrane manufactured with this special material NS06 can meet the requirements of standard GB 27789—2011.Its main performances like tensile strength,elongation at break are almost the same as those of imported products,and its heat resistance is even better than that of imported ones.
