摘要
丽泽SOHO项目两座塔楼和中庭空间呈螺旋式扭转向上,最后在屋面处形成了一个扭转的“8”字形采光顶。采光顶纵向最大跨度约50 m,横向最大跨度约16 m,采用坡度排水设计,整体短边方向设计成3%的单向坡度,雨水排至防水屋面,再由下水管道排走;采光顶玻璃面板间胶缝采用双层密封以确保防水性能。
The two tower buildings and the atrium of Lize SOHO twist upward in spiral,and finally form a twisted daylighting roof like number“8”,with a maximum longitudinal span of about 50 m,and transverse span about 16m.Slope draining is designed for the roof,of which the overall short-sides are designed to one-way slopes of 3%,the rain water will be drained to the waterproofing roof first and then drain away through water falling pipe.Double-layer sealing is employed for the glass panel joints of the sunroof to guarantee the waterproofing performance.
