响应面法优化爬山虎落叶中多糖的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 以爬山虎落叶为原料,以多糖提取率为指标,采用响应曲面法优化多糖浸提工艺。实验结果表明,影响多糖提取率的因素依次为:液料比>提取时间>提取温度。多糖的最佳提取工艺:提取温度51℃,提取时间2.5 h,液料比16 mL:1 g,浸提剂为40%体积比的乙醇水溶液,预测每100 g落叶可提取4.99 g多糖。 The polysaccharides extraction process from deciduous of Parthenocissus tricuspidata was optimized by using the response surface method with the extraction rate of polysaccharides as the index.The experimental results show that the factors affecting extraction rate of polysaccharides are in order:liquid-to-solid ratio>extraction time>extraction temperature.The optimized extraction parameters include an extraction temperature of 51℃,an extraction time of 2.5 h,a liquid-to-solid ratio of 16 mL:1 g,and an extractant of aqueous ethanol solution of 40vol%.Under the optimized parameters,4.99 g polysaccharides is expected to be extracted from 100 g deciduous of Parthenocissus tricuspidata.
