摘要 针对快递物流自动化需求,提出了一种以ARM为核心处理器的快递包裹智能分拣主控系统的设计方案。主控系统采用软硬结合的方式,硬件系统以ARM最小系统电路、相机外部触发电路、串口通信电路、CAN总线接口电路和载货小车ID采样电路为主要组成部分;在软件程序设计上,通过外部中断和系统中断完成载货小车ID采样、识别以及发送前入队准备,并完成相机触发控制,根据改编的iCAN协议,完成与分拣模块的通信,利用串口实现与PC机的通信。实际测试结果表明,该系统能够高效地实现快递包裹按码段分拣。 Aiming at the needs of express logistics automation,a design for the master control system of express parcel intelligent sorting with ARM as the core processor is proposed.The system includes hardware and software.The hardware system is mainly composed of ARM minimum system circuit,camera external trigger circuit,serial communication circuit,CAN bus interface circuit,and cargo truck ID sampling circuit.In software design,through external interruption and system interruption,the ID sampling,identification,and preparation of the loading trolley are completed,and the camera trigger control is completed.According to the adapted iCAN protocol,the communication with the sorting module is completed,and the serial port is used to communicate with PC.The test results show that the system can efficiently achieve express delivery including sorting by code segment.
