Status Quo and Suggestions of China's Potato Industry Development

马铃薯是一种重要的粮食、饲料、加工等多用途作物,是中国重要的战略性资源,其因营养价值丰富而获得“营养之王”的美誉,同时也被誉为21世纪中国最有发展前景的高产经济作物之一。目前,中国发展马铃薯生产潜力巨大,优势明显,产业前景广阔。针对中国马铃薯生产现状,分析了中国马铃薯产业面临的挑战和问题,并提出相关发展对策及建议,即通过优化国内马铃薯的种植和品种结构,创新产业发展模式,有效防范生产经营风险,加速马铃薯先进生产技术的推广和普及,发展有机循环农业,不断提高马铃薯的单产、总产水平及品质,以满足人们对马铃薯产品消费升级的需要,保障群众持续稳定增收致富。

Potato is an important multi-purpose crop,such as grain,feed,processing and so on.It is an important strategic resource in China.Potato has won the reputation of"the king of nutrition"with its rich nutritional value.At the same time,it is also known as one of the most promising high-yield economic crops in the 21st century.At present,China has great potential for developing potato production with obvious advantages and broad industrial prospects.In view of China's potato production current situation,the challenges and problems faced by potato industry in China were analyzed,and relevant development countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,namely,we should innovate the industrial development mode by optimizing the planting and variety structure of domestic potatoes,effectively prevent the risks of production and operation,accelerate the promotion and popularization of advanced production technology of potatoes,develop organic circular agriculture,and constantly improve the per unit yield,total yield level and quality of potatoes,to meet the needs of people for the upgrading of potato products consumption,and to ensure the continuous and stable increase of income and prosperity of the masses.
