中国农业产业化龙头企业创新发展现状及前景

Current Situation and Prospect of Innovative Development of Leading Enterprises in China's Agricultural Industrialization

为了解中国农业产业化龙头企业的发展现状及带动作用,特别是掌握近年来龙头企业在创新发展过程中取得的成功经验及成绩,基于问卷调查数据,围绕321家农业产业化龙头企业开展了创新发展调查分析。在分析龙头企业发展基本情况的基础上,着重分析了龙头企业的科技创新体系建设、技术和装备创新、销售模式、产品与业态创新以及企业管理和品牌创新等;基于此,提出了促进农业产业化龙头企业创新发展的主要对策。最后,展望了中国农业产业化龙头企业创新发展前景。

In order to understand the development status and driving role of leading enterprises in China's agricultural industrialization,especially to grasp the successful experience and achievements of leading enterprises in the process of innovative development in recent years,based on the questionnaire survey data,this study conducted an innovative development survey and analysis around 321 leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.On the basis of analyzing the basic situation of the development of leading enterprises,this paper mainly analyzed the construction of scientific and technological innovation system,technology and equipment innovation,sales model,products and format innovation,management and brand innovation of leading enterprises.On this basis,the main countermeasures to promote the innovative development of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises were put forward.Finally,the prospects of innovation and development of leading enterprises in China's agricultural industrialization were forecasted.
