贝哥仕促进釉质再矿化的体外研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较贝哥仕和多乐氟促进脱矿釉质再矿化的效果。方法收集因正畸治疗需要拔除的健康前磨牙,脱矿后采用单纯随机法分为3组(n=10):对照组,不做特殊处理;贝哥仕组,在釉质表面敷贝哥仕5 min,每天2次(间隔12 h);多乐氟组,表面涂覆一薄层多乐氟,12 h后去除薄膜。未做处理时3组均浸泡在人工唾液中,37℃恒温保存。12 d后,扫描电镜观察脱矿前后及再矿化处理后的釉质表面形态变化,显微硬度计测定各组标本脱矿前后及再矿化后的釉质表面显微硬度值,并计算显微硬度恢复率。结果扫描电镜下可见3组样本再矿化后均有矿物质沉积,但显微硬度都未达到脱矿前水平。贝哥仕组和多乐氟组间显微硬度恢复率差别无统计学意义,但与对照组比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝哥仕和多乐氟可明显促进脱矿釉质再矿化。 Objective To observe the effect of Bgfrsh and Duraphat on the remineralization of demineralized enamel.Methods Premolars extracted because of the orthodontic were demineralized by artificial demineralizer and were divided into three groups randomly and subjected to the following treatments respectively:Control Group was immersed in artificial saliva without special treatment;Bgfrsh group was covered by Bgfrsh for 5 min,twice a day(12 h interval);Duraphat group was coated with a film,and the film was removed 12 h later.All three groups were immersed in artificial saliva and stored at 37℃for 12 d.The morphology of enamel surfaces was observed under SEM and the surface microhardness of enamel was measured by microhardness tester before and after demineralization and after re-mineralization.The recovery rate of microhardness was calculated.Result All three groups were remineralized varying degrees after demineralization treatment found by SEM while the microhardness did not reach the pre-demineralization level.There was no significant difference in microhardness recovery between Bgfrsh group and Duraphat group,but they were significant difference from the control group.Conclusion Bgfrsh and Duraphat are effective in the remineralization of the demineralized enamel.
