摘要
为给小麦品质改良提供参考依据,本研究利用与面包加工品质基因(wbm)相关的分子标记,对来自中国新疆、甘肃、宁夏、四川以及黄淮流域的104个小麦品种(系)和来自巴基斯坦的92个春小麦品种(系)进行面包加工品质基因(wbm)检测。结果表明,在57个中国冬小麦品种(系)中均未检测到wbm基因,在47个中国春小麦品种(系)中,检测到2个品种含有wbm基因,104个中国小麦品种(系)携带wbm基因的比例仅为1.9%;92个巴基斯坦春小麦品种(系)中,有8个品种含有wbm基因,比例为8.7%。初步分析认为,该基因可能来自于国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)的春小麦种质资源。
In order to provide reference for wheat quality improvement,104 wheat varieties(lines)from Xinjiang,Gansu,Sichuan and Huanghuai Valley area of China and 92 spring wheat varieties from Pakistan were screened using molecular marker associated with the wbm gene governing bread making quality.The results showed that 57 Chinese winter wheat varieties(lines)do not carry wbm gene,while 2 of 47 Chinese spring wheat varieties(lines)carry wbm gene,with a proportion of 1.9%.Among 92 Pakistani spring wheat varieties,8 wheat varieties carry the wbm gene,taking up to 8.7%.The preliminary analysis suggested that wbm gene may come from spring wheat germplasm resources of International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center(Centro Internacional de Mejoramientode Maizy Trigo,CIMMYT).
