摘要
为了满足大容量连续管运输要求,适应国内道路运输条件,研制了超深井连续管作业半挂车。半挂车采用截断式大梁框架结构,确保连续管滚筒下沉安装及车架强度和刚度,解决了空间限制等问题。建立了半挂车车架的有限元模型,模拟半挂车处于静载、制动和动载条件下的受力状态,对其进行有限元分析。根据分析结果对半挂车车架进行结构优化,优化后半挂车车架质量减小约8%,承受动载荷时,其台阶处的车架刚度有所增加,车架大台阶处的应力比优化前有所改善,八面体横梁最大应力减小到200 MPa,车架大梁最大挠度由18 mm减小到15 mm。现场应用结果表明,该半挂车各项性能指标均满足超深井连续管作业机对承载能力和通过性的要求。
To meet the need of large capacity coiled tubing transportation and adapt to the domestic road transportation conditions,a semi-trailer for ultra-deep well coiled tubing operation is developed.The semi-trailer adopts the truncated beam frame structure to ensure the sinking installation of the coiled tubing drum and the strength and rigidity of the frame,which solves the problems such as space limitation.The finite element model of the semitrailer frame is established to simulate the stress state of the semi-trailer under the conditions of static load,braking and dynamic load.According to the analysis results,the structure of the semi-trailer frame is optimized.After optimization,the weight of the semi-trailer frame is reduced by about 8%.When the semi-trailer is subjected to dynamic load,the frame stiffness at the step is increased,and the stress at the large step of the frame is improved compared with that before optimization.The maximum stress of the octahedral beam is reduced to 200 MPa,and the maximum deflection of the frame beam is reduced from 18 mm to 15 mm.The field application results show that all performance indexes of the semi-trailer can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and trafficability of ultra-deep well coiled tubing unit.
