Historical Logic of Development and Community Construction of Doctor-patient Relationship

医患关系随人类生活和医疗条件的改变而改变,有其自身发展的历史逻辑。在社会性的医疗机构产生之前,医患关系主要体现为人际关系,依靠情感、信任、医德等来维系,医患之间形成的是“情感共同体”。社会性的医疗机构产生之后,医患关系不局限为单纯的人际关系,医生只是医疗机构的“完美代理人”,多主体并存的医患关系需要完善的社会医疗制度才能维护,医患之间形成的是“利益共同体”。然而,医患关系更应该是基于对生命价值的共识而形成的“健康共同体”,这源自疾病、健康和人存在的公共性,全人类更应该因为生命的存续和共同的幸福联结在一起。

The doctor-patient relationship changes with the alternation of human life and medical conditions,which has its own historical logic of development.Before the emergence of social medical institutions,doctor-patient relationship is mainly reflected in interpersonal relationship,which is maintained by emotion,trust and medical ethics,etc.,and formed an"emotional community"between doctors and patients.After the emergence of social medical institutions,the doctor-patient relationship is not limited to a simple interpersonal relationship,and the physician is only the"perfect agent"of medical institutions.The doctor-patient relationship with multiple subjects needs a perfect social medical system to maintain and forms a"community of interests".The doctor-patient relationship should be based on the consensus and common value of life to form a"health community",which is derived from the public nature of disease,health and human existence,and the whole mankind should be linked together by the survival of life and common happiness.
