“韧性”已成为国际社会政策和福利制度建设的核心理念,2020中国社会学年会召开了“韧性中国:社会福利创新与重大危机应对”论坛。本论坛以韧性社会福利创新和重大危机应对为主题,参会代表围绕重大公共危机下中国社会福利应对策略、福利治理,韧性中国构建中的社会福利创新、韧性社区构建、社区福利服务评估、特定人群福利等议题展开了深入研讨。论坛有效回应了韧性中国构建中的重大危机应对与社会福利创新等重要议题,为新时代中国社会福利制度的进一步改革创新提供了参考借鉴。

“Resilience”has become the core concept of international social policy and welfare system construction.The 2020 China Sociology Annual Conference held the"Resilient China:Social Welfare Innovation and Response to Major Crisis"forum.The theme of this forum is resilient social welfare innovation and major crisis response.Several academic issues,such as China’s social welfare response strategies under major public crises,welfare governance,social welfare innovation in the construction of resilient China,resilient community construction,community welfare service evaluation,specific group welfare,were focused on and discussed in depth buy participants.The forum effectively responded to the issues of major crisis response and social welfare innovation in the construction of resilient China,and provided a reference for the further reform and innovation of China's social welfare system in the new era.
