摘要
科学体能训练是提高身体素质和增强运动成绩的最有效的途径,同时也最容易出现运动损伤。该文主要以在河南省大学生运动会上参与短跑项目的高校运动员为调查对象,对运动员在日常训练中出现的运动损伤进行调查分析,结合专家访谈等方法找出损伤的原因,并根据相应的损伤提出了相应的预防措施,以期为降低高校短跑运动员在体能训练中产生损伤的几率提供些许的参考。
Scientific physical training is the most effective way to improve physical quality and enhance sports performance,but also the most prone to sports injury.In this paper,college athletes who participated in the sprint events at the henan college sports meet were investigated and analyzed the causes of the injuries in their daily training,combined with expert interviews,and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward according to the corresponding injuries,with a view to providing some reference for reducing the probability of injury in the physical training of college sprinters.
