高校网球训练中易被忽视的环节——接发球

The Easy-to-neglect Link in College Tennis Training-Return of Service

近年来,笔者通过对高校网球训练的实践与观察,发现对于网球比赛的重要致胜因素——接发球技术普遍不够重视。该文旨在分析被轻视的原因,在论述了接发球与底线击球存在着诸如来球速度、旋转、方向等差异之处后,进一步说明了接发球应该单独进行专门训练的必要性。同时还详尽阐述了接发球技术的要领,列举了一些适合大学生水平的接发球训练方法,以期在高校网球训练中达到事半功倍的效果。

In recent years, through the practice and observation of college tennis training, the author found that the important winning factor for tennis match - the technology of return of service is generally not paid enough attention. This paper aims to analyze the reasons for being despised, after discussing the existence of such differences as the speed, rotation and direction of the ball, it further explains the necessity that the return of service should be trained separately. At the same time, the key technology of return of service is expounded in detail, and some training methods suitable for college students' level are listed.
