三维动画技术在健美操技术教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of 3D Animation Technology in Calisthenics Teaching

健美操作为集体操、舞蹈、音乐、健身、娱乐于一体的体育运动,近年来逐渐在社会上推广开来,并得到了广大群众的喜爱,但由于健美操的形式比较多样,对动作细节的要求又比较高,因此从教学的角度来看,当前健美操技术教学的实际效果并不理想,而对于三维动画技术的应用,则恰恰可以帮助健美操技术教学解决很多的教学问题,实现教学效果的提升。基于此,该文对三维动画技术对健美操技术教学的帮助进行了分析,同时围绕其在教学中的实际应用展开了探讨。

Aerobics as a collective exercise,dance,music,fitness,entertainment in one of the sports,in recent years gradually spread in the community,and has been popular with the broad masses.However,due to the variety of forms of calisthenics and the high requirements for movement details,the actual effect of current calisthenics technology teaching is not ideal from the perspective of teaching.As for the application of 3D animation technology,it can help calisthenics technology teaching solve many teaching problems and realize the improvement of teaching effect.Based on this,this paper analyzes the help of 3D animation technology to calisthenics teaching,and discusses its practical application in teaching.
