摘要
在各个高校开设的公共课程中,健美操是比较受到学生欢迎的一种运动形式,作为一种全新的运动理念可以让学生获得形体的美。而随着信息时代的进步,在高校的健美操课程中也发生了很大的变化,“微课”的出现进一步提高了教师的教学有效性。教师首先就可以利用“微课”来减小学生训练的难度,然后选择学生都比较感兴趣的视频内容来激发学生的学习兴趣。最后,教师也应该使用“微课”将课堂还给学生,让每一个学生都能够成为自己学习和训练上的主人,收获一个良好的训练效果。
Among the public courses offered by various universities,aerobics is a form of exercise that is more popular among students.As a brand-new sports concept,students can gain physical beauty.With the progress of the information age,great changes have also taken place in aerobics courses in colleges and universities,and the emergence of"micro-classes"has further improved the effectiveness of teachers'teaching.Teachers can first use"micro-classes"to reduce the difficulty of student training,and then select video content that students are more interested in to stimulate students'interest in learning.Finally,teachers should also use"micro-classes"to return the classroom to the students,so that each student can become the master of their own learning and training,and harvest a good training effect.
