Nowadays,with the continuous development of China's sports undertakings,China's colleges and universities began to innovate the model of physical education.Among them,college football is one of the main contents in the process of physical education.Relevant physical education teachers should not only pay more attention to this sport,but also take effective measures to continuously strengthen the research on college football teaching and training to stimulate students'learning interest,constantly improving the level of football teaching in China,thus providing a basis for the completion of China's physical education system.Therefore,this paper will first summarize the importance of football teaching and training in colleges and universities,then analyze the problems in football teaching and training in colleges and universities,and finally elaborate the specific measures to improve the effectiveness of football teaching and training in colleges and universities,hoping to provide a useful reference for physical education teachers in colleges and universities.
