数字时代,成人数字技能教育是促进经济转型发展、帮助个人成功的重要手段。受经济复兴、成人教育改革及个人未来成功等因素的影响,近年来英国开始关注对成人进行数字技能教育,努力实现成人数字技能的可持续发展,包括制定成人数字技能教育发展规划;引入成人数字技能资格证书制度;通过合作伙伴组织提高成人数字技能水平;等等。借鉴英国经验,我国应建立政府主导的协同合作教育机制、加快研制资格标准以形成重视成人数字技能教育的氛围、制定专门政策为成人数字技能教育提供坚实保障。

In the digital age,adult digital skills education is an important means to promote economic transformation and development,and help individuals succeed.Influenced by economic revival,adult education reform and personal future success,the UK has begun to pay attention to digital skills education for adults in recent years,striving to achieve a sustainable development of adult digital skills.It includes making of the development plan of adult digital skills education,to introduction of the adult digital skills qualification system and improvement of the adult digital skills level through partner organizations and so on.Drawing on the experience of Britain,China should establish a governmentled collaborative education mechanism,accelerate the development of qualification standards to foster an atmosphere of emphasis on digital skills education for adults,and formulate specified policies to provide a solid guarantee for adult digital skills education.
