摘要
美国《教育管理季刊》是呈现美国教育管理研究成果的重要平台。近十年来,美国教育管理研究的议题主要集中在“领导”“价值”“改进”“关系”“政法”五大领域;刊发文章中,实证类研究占绝大多数,研究方法以调查法和个案法为主,资料收集方式呈现出多样化的特征。鉴于美国教育管理研究呈现的特点,我国教育管理研究应加强针对微观实践的深入探究,注重教育管理研究的循证取向和本土化的理论建构。
Educational Administration Quarterly(EAQ)is an important platform for presenting the achievements of educational administration research in America. In nearly a decade, the issues of researches on educational administration in America mainly included:"leadership""value""improvement""relationship"and"policy & law". The vast majority of published articles belong to empirical research, and the main research methods used in these articles are surveys and case studies. The specific ways of data collection show diversified characteristics. In view of the characteristics of educational administration research in the United States, our domestic educational administration research should strengthen the in-depth exploration of micro-practice and pay attention to the evidence-based research and the theoretical construction of localization.
