中医适宜技术用于肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐患者对症状评分的影响

Effect of TCM Appropriate Techniques on Symptom Score of Patients with Nausea and Vomiting after Cancer Chemotherapy

目的研究中医适宜技术在肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐患者中应用对症状评分的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月江阴市中医院收治的50例恶性肿瘤化疗后伴有恶心呕吐症状患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和干预,观察组在此基础上给予中医适宜技术(穴位按摩、足底按摩、耳穴埋籽、穴位贴敷、饮食调护),对比两组患者的症状评分、总有效率等。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.0%,显著高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度96.0%,显著高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3、7 d后,观察组恶心生活功能量表(FLIE)恶心呕吐症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中医适宜技术在恶性肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐患者中应用效果确切,有助于促进恶心呕吐症状缓解,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technology on symptom score in patients with nausea and vomiting after tumor chemotherapy.Methods A total of 50 patients with nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and intervention,and the observation group was given TCM techniques on this basis,including acupoint massage,foot massage,ear acupoint burying,acupoint application,diet care.Treatment effect and syndrome score were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%,higher than that of the control group 76.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of intervention,the FLIE nausea and vomiting symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application effect of TCM technology in patients with nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy of malignant tumor is exact,which is helpful to promote the relief of nausea and vomiting symptoms and improve the treatment effect.Moreover,the application method is simple and the price is low,which is worthy of promotion.
